The Principle of Multi-layer Tea Color Sorter Machine
The tea enters the machine from the top hopper, and through the vibration of the vibrator device, the selected material slides down the channel, accelerates down into the observation zone in the sorting chamber, and passes between the sensor and the background plate. Under the action of the light source, according to the intensity and color change of the light, the output signal of the system is driven to operate the solenoid valve to blow out the colored tea leaves into the waste chamber of the receiving hopper, and the good tea leaves continue to fall into the finished cavity of the receiving hopper. Thereby achieving the purpose of sorting.
